John Allen Phebus

John Phebus is a 1993 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and Illinois.

Mr. Phebus specializes in the skilled and aggressive representation of personal injury, auto accident, wrongful death, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases throughout Arizona and Maricopa County, including Phoenix, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Glendale, Peoria, Wickenburg, Buckeye, Goodyear, Avondale, Tolleson, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler.

Mr. Phebus is a board member of the Arizona Association for Justice (the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association). He is the past Chairman of the Criminal Justice Section of the State Bar of Arizona. He is Past President of the West Maricopa County Bar Association. He is the Chairman of the Board of Axiom Community of Recovery. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Aunt Rita’s Foundation and the past Treasurer of Phoenix Pride.

Mr. Phebus is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Arizona Association for Justice, the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (NACDL), Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Arizona Committee for Constitutional Defense.

John is a history buff who enjoys travel and photography in his free time.
