Arizona residents may have heard about a shooting at an annual horror-themed charity event, Zombicon. The shooting happened at the event in Fort Myers, Florida, about two weeks before Halloween and resulted in the death of a 20-year-old man. Several others were injured.
Arizona residents may be interested to learn that Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate is suing the boyfriend she had been living with over allegations he caused the injuries that led to her death in July. Brown was the only child of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston.
The news reports of the violent accident are brief. What we know: two vehicles were in a late-night collision in West Phoenix. Two men were extricated from a vehicle by emergency responders.
Both men are in their 30s and both sustained severe injuries in the crash.
A Phoenix teenager was about to soar to the rank of Eagle Scout in his beloved Boy Scouts. The Sunnyslope High School sophomore had other passions in life, too, such as playing the clarinet, making his friends laugh and working hard to attain good grades.
He was rolling through the intersection at 75th Avenue and Thunderbird Road when his motorcycle was hit from behind. The violent collision left a 60-year-old Peoria man dying on the street, while the other driver, identified by law enforcement officials only as a Glendale man, fled the scene in his car.
